These terms govern use of Alido’s marketing website and demo-booking service. Alido is operated by Vincent Messina, an individual based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Direct enquiries to hello@goalido.com.
Website information
The website introduces Alido and lets you arrange a conversation with us. Product illustrations and descriptions are general information; the features and services supplied to a business are those agreed for that business. Booking a demo does not create a paid subscription or oblige you to buy.
Booking a demo
Bookings are made through Cal.com and are subject to the available times and booking settings shown there. Provide accurate contact information and use the confirmation message to manage or cancel an appointment. Cal.com and the meeting provider have their own terms for use of their services.
Permitted use
You must use the website lawfully. Unauthorized access, interference with website operations, impersonation and submission of information without authority are prohibited. The website is not an emergency-contact service.
Content and external links
Alido branding and website content, and third-party names and logos, belong to their respective owners. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership of them. Links to external services are provided for convenience; those services control their own content and availability.
Customer services and personal information
The agreement with each business governs its use of the Alido application, including service scope, pricing, renewal and data-processing obligations. These website terms apply to the public website and demo bookings. The Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information described in that policy; the data-deletion page sets out the request procedure.
Your rights and changes
These terms do not limit rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updated terms take effect on the date stated on this page. Amendments to a separate customer agreement are governed by that agreement.
