Request deletion of personal information

This procedure applies to requests for deletion of personal information held through Alido. Submit requests directly by email; no account registration or appointment is required.
Send your request
Email privacy@goalido.com with the subject “Alido data deletion”. Identify the account or the business you contacted, the email address or messaging number involved, and the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or access tokens.
Verification and business records
We may ask for limited information needed to verify your identity or authority and locate the records. If the information belongs to a customer relationship managed by a business using Alido, we will coordinate with that business or explain how to contact it.
Review and response
Alido reviews each request against applicable legal obligations and confirms the action taken or the grounds for any refusal or limitation. The scope of deletion depends on legal retention requirements, control of the records and applicable backup-retention processes.
Disconnecting WhatsApp, revoking an integration or opting out of messages does not automatically erase past conversations. Alido cannot delete copies independently held by the business, other message recipients or a connected provider; we can explain which organization to contact.
